“Luis, his wife, and their dogs are lovely. Luis welcomed us like family. He is very kind and knowledgeable and will gladly answer any questions you may have. The garden is beautiful, and he explains everything about the plants in detail. You are surrounded by nature—we saw squirrels and hummingbirds, among other wildlife. The village is very small, but he recommended an excellent local restaurant. The breakfast was generous and delicious. Overall, this is a highly recommended place to stay—don’t hesitate to book. It is also very close to Chichen Itza.”
