We are a family-run accommodation located in the small, authentic Maya community of Xcalacoop, just minutes from the region’s main attractions. Our lodging near Chichen Itza is only 10 minutes from the archaeological site, 4 minutes from Ik Kil Cenote, and 2 minutes from the Balankanche Caves.

Every morning, we prepare a homemade breakfast that you can enjoy in the garden while listening to and watching a wide variety of local birds. We also share helpful local recommendations so you can make the most of your visit to Yucatan.
